Things You Need to Know Before Making a Reservation for the Sunset ATV Ride Bali:
- Hotel Transfer: Free hotel return transfer in the covered areas: Ubud, Kuta, Canggu, Kerobokan, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Sanur. Pick-up and drop-off in remote areas, such as Uluwatu and Pecatu, are subject to an additional charge of Rp 200,000 per group (up to 6 pax)
- Age Limits: Children 7–14 years old must take a tandem ride with their parents
- ATVs: Single Ride means 1 ATV for 1 person, and Tandem Ride means 1 ATV for 2 people

We accept various payment methods, including cash, bank transfers, and PayPal (an additional fee of 4.9% of the total transaction will be charged). A 50% deposit must be made to confirm the reservation for group bookings or special arrangements. Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible to accommodate your needs. However, please note our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made 3 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date and no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Please inform us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed promptly following our refund policy.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to currency conversion and transaction fees (minus payment processing fees).
